General Terms and Conditions — Summary

These terms govern the legal relationship between Optionzone (Chamber of Commerce 81234567) and the customer. By requesting a reservation, purchase or service, you agree to our terms.

  • Applicable law: Australian law.
  • Payments: iDEAL, card or cash at the location unless otherwise stated.
  • Cancellation: see section 'Cancellation and changes' below.
  • Liability: limited to direct damages unless there is intent or gross negligence.

Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in many cases for home-delivered products. Exceptions are stated in the full terms and conditions.

Reservations can be changed free of charge up to 24 hours before the start, unless otherwise stated. Specific cancellation conditions apply to groups and events and will be communicated in advance.

Refund of paid amounts will take place as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after confirmed refund. See full policy for exceptions (e.g., perishables).

Delivery times and execution periods are stated with the relevant service or order. We do our best to respect specified times, but cannot always guarantee them.
